"The order of delivery, and while not every experience I had in this restaurant in pastness, was perfect, this experience and those I had in the last months were perfect. the delivery probably lasted 20 minutes, at most of the moment when I placed my order in the moment in which it arrived, which is probably the fastest I had ever delivered pizza. the drivers were always very friendly. eating came as if it just left out of the many before the, not hot enough to burn my mouth, but perfect temperature for eating immediately. I like the Cajun wings, but they tend not to season as much as I want, but dry ruins are hard to season chickens with. it was an acceptable amount of seasonal this time. Eat tasted great, came very fast, and for a great price. highly recommended to give them a chance!"

"Absolute garbage experience. Placed an order online, pick up time was approximately 5:26 p.m., received a notification pizza was in the oven at 5:10. At 5:30 I went to pick up the pizza and received THE WORST customer service experience I?ve ever had. The guy running the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. He went to check on my pizza and told me it would be awhile. I asked about how long and was responded with ?idk? I asked if he could check. Not a big ask, and was told no. He then proceeded to disregard me and take orders from people behind me, even though I was still standing there. I asked again and he said flatly ?idk an hour you need to wait.? I asked for a refund and was told again I?d have to wait. I waited 15 minutes until he finally decided to get a manager to refund me. While I was conversing with the manager about the poor customer service, the initial gentleman was screaming obscenities at me in front of everyone in the waiting room, which included children. Needless to say I will not be going back again."

"My family and I were in Dubuque to visit our daughter at college and wanted a fun place to eat. Mario’s doesn’t open until the afternoon so I reluctantly sent an message via their website. Lydia contacted me and kept me in the loop through out the day on availability and accommodating our party of 11. We arrived on time and were seated right away! The wait staff was very attentive and friendly and our food was delicious!!! Lydia visited our table as well and introduced us all to her son. Our kids hit it off and we all enjoyed watching them interact while conversing with the staff. By the end of our visit we were all bursting at the seams! We laughed, we talked, and boy did we eat! With a parting hug from Lydia we said goodbye until next time. Now we have a new spot to eat and share with others!! Great job everyone at Mario’s can’t wait to visit again soon!"

"This establishment is extremely family friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. Food was delightful. I ordered a Chicago 7 Ale Crust Pizza and it was impeccable. My child ordered mac and cheese with a side of fries and she thoroughly enjoyed her meal. My husband ordered the Memphis rub on his wings and loved it so so much! Our service was wonderful and was always checking on us making sure we had everything we needed! I would 100% come back here again. Even to the very end, the staff were incredibly nice. The host and hostesses thanked us and wished us a Merry Christmas! Love it!"

"We visited here for the first time. Some things I liked: service was great, it was clean, food was pretty good. Things I didn't like: couldn't find our reservation, parking sucks, whoever said the warm bread loaf was free was wrong (it's $5! And not worth it), meals were small for price, staff wasn't dressed very uniformly or professionally in my opinion coming from a restaurant background, birthday celebration was non existent as well as any free bday dessert like most places, and beware of drunk casino goers."
