Unpretentious with friendly and efficient staff, the restaurant's speciality, unsurprisingly but not exclusively, is seafood.Madame and I started with a beautifully fresh and generous seafood platter with an impressive cast list that included oysters, cockles, mussels, winkles, whelks, clams, langoustines, prawns, brown shrimps, brown crab and spider crab. A nice bottle of Savennieres, modestly priced, was an enjoyable accompaniment.When we had finished the platter, Madame was replete and declared; leaving me to continue with a nicely cooked piece of haddock in a well flavoured beurre blanc sauce.With light desserts and coffee, our bill was a little over 80 euros, which I consider very good value."
