"Great pizza, great service. Pasquale 's makes the perfect example for a Buffalo style pizza that is a bit thicker, doughier and with more cheese than thin crust New York style, but certainly no fork and knife-caserole style pizza made famous in Chicago. We certainly have our own pizza style in Buffalo, and if properly done, everything is as good as New York style. The problem is that we have so many pizza salons here and only about 10% of them are excellent and clearly rise above the rest. Unfortunately, many of our pizzas are moderate and inconsistent. Pasquale 's is one of the few who rise to this occasion and deliver a large pizza on a consistent basis. The dough is not excessively thick, nor is it thin, and it has only a little chewiness. Many pizzas in Buffalo suffer from thick dough that is too soft and has no fight in it. Pasquale 's sauce has a perfect taste, not too sweet. The amount of cheese is just perfect. The quality of the toppings is top-notch. You can simply eat it directly on the crust, you do not have a huge, hardened crust separated from the cheese by 3 inches pure dough. You get balance all components of the pizza right and consistent. We also have some of the other Italian specialties that are very well executed, but my highest praise is for the pizza. In addition, the restaurant is attractive and comfortable. Calling a pizzeria would really not be fair as the restaurant looks so beautiful. You would feel comfortable taking your grandmother or extra-urban visitors here. The service was always excellent. They really seem like they want to like the customers. Very recommended."

"I love Original Pancake House, and was coming frequently to them for over 10 years, unfortunately after pandemic the quality of the product and service went noticeably down this was my first time at this location and I was very pleasantly surprised the service was excellent on pre-pandemic level. The food arrived promptly, cooked exactly as I like the staff was very well trained and worked phenomenally well together . If you're new I definitely recommend going to this location if you've been missing what original pancake House used to be go to this location!!!!!!"

"In Plain Sight! I've passed this restaurant for over 55 years and hasn't been inside since it was The Pony Post! Well, my mistake! A delicious dinner last night! At first I thought that the menu was a little expensive for this place, but again, to my pleasure, you get more than expected. My girl and I shared a cheap bottle of zinc while we went through the most Italian menu. Our waitress showed herself with 2 meatballs in sauce and warm bread while we decided! (in the house!) We ordered and were surprised to learn that both soup, pasta fagioli, and mixed green salad were included. Soup and salad were delicious. I had a calf shell with creamy gogonzola and my lady had aubergine parm, both from this world! Cudos to the cook, especially for the confidence in the taste of the dish that neither a salt or pepper shakers were to be seen in the whole place (except the cracked black pepper the waiters offered with salad. After an exquisite dinner we rejected Dessert, but received a few heart-shaped butter cookies, back on the house. Our dinner couldn't have gone better!!"
