"I went to this place for the first time, the food is fresh and delicious, customer service is very good, I will be going back very soon, a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Parking is limited! This location is off of Gervais street downtown. Unfortunately, the last visit for this restaurant was one day last week, the manager was micromanaging me as a customer over the fact that I asked for a water cup, I would get some water then some tea, nothing was never said in the beginning and as many times that I have been there, nothing was never said, he was told that he lost my business."

"I was visiting my father at the hospital across the street from La Figata and decided to stop in for dinner as it was close by. Man am I so glad we did! From the homemade salsa brought to our table as soon as we sat to the entrees we ordered, everything tasted fresh, well seasoned, and authentic. We enjoyed our meal so much we stopped in for lunch the next day!"

"We came into this Chipotle on Saturday, January 6, 2023 just before 4pm to pick up our online order. We watched as two Chipotle employees, a white man and a white woman, left one person by themselves to work the whole restaurant. Zhanquanice, or “Z,” Garrett was making online orders and trying to take care of guests waiting in line. They were completely by themself with probably 15 people in the store. The male Chipotle employee said he was leaving and left around 3:55. The female employee proudly announced “I’m leaving too!” While doing her side work. She left right at 4. I understand the desire to only work the hours you’re scheduled for. I worked in the service industry for about 10 years. One thing that I would never do is leave a fellow coworker high and dry with no support. We left the store around 4:10. Z had no help in sight and a full store. This is unsafe, unfair, and unacceptable. I hope this store will take steps to do better by their employees. Z was kind, patient, and worked her butt off. We will not be returning to this Chipotle location, but not because of her."

"I ordered through the app twice, the first time I ordered the Homewrecker and it came with Guacamole, guac not included so I mentioned it within the app their resolution was giving me a credit for one free entree. Ordered again using that free entree, again no guac, I recently had surgery so couldn’t go into the restaurant myself to ensure I received what I was asking for. However this time I paid for it separately bc I built a bowl. I don’t know if they are just constantly out of guac or it’s a continuous error in their part but it’s horrible customer service. I normally visit the one on Beltline bc they have exceptional customer service this one my app forces me to order there. Terrible customer service food arrived cold both times. 0/10 would not recommend this location."

"I know this place has a lot of five stars no matter how much you spent on the decor it doesn’t speak for the food, warning signs when you go into a Mexican restaurant is if they have a taco salad or a burger on the menu, The food looks like slop on a plate presentation isn’t very good ….no matter how color for the plates got this place is an American Mexican joint don’t mistake it for traditional Mexican, I took two friends there and they agreed with my assessment but do you have to serve people what they will buy, Mexican food is very diverse from beef tongue tacos .. chilaquiles there are more delicacies I wasn’t born in the south I did my culinary birria mole I did my culinary training in Texas I’m from California I’ve been to Mexico City that place is pretty ..but that food is what they have to sell here I understand that ,I don’t wanna knock them down but this is not a traditional Mexican restaurant it’s in American Mexican restaurant.. when I mentioned it to the Chef ..I asked him really taco salad I haven’t made that since home cooking education in High School his reply was ,I have to make things that people will buy here do you understand ..and I do once you’ve had real Mexican food you’ll know what I mean I like the outside seating ..oh and one more thing putting guacamole on a cheeseburger doesn’t make it a California burger…And I guess they sell what they have to?Parking: Parking is outback next to Marco‘s Pizza on Knox Abbott"
