"They microwave their expensive food instead of grilling it. I understand it’s faster if you want the middle hot, but try this instead: microwave the item to get it hot and then grill it to make outside less soggy. Customer in front of me walked away when they tried to charge him $16 for a wrap. I understand this is airport food but the quality isn’t worth it, sorry. Would have been higher stars if staff were friendly but they aren’t."
