"Let me begin by saying this is actually my second time here. I'm giving it a second star because it's a restaurant, and after all, they sell food. This location in particular sells great food, and I was satisfied with what I ordered. Unfortunately due to service, I won't be returning for a third visit. After an unreasonably long wait for an assembly line style dive, I attempted to place my order and was corrected and told what I wanted by the first staff member I encountered, and then told I'd be up charged beyond the menu price for an advertised item because it came with guacamole. That's cool, whatever, it's like a dollar. But it was rude to correct me as the customer. After moving down the line the next employee was less than knowledgeable about what he was trying to make me but I was able to point at things and get them on my burrito. When I got to check out I was asked if I'd be dining in, to which I responded Yes. The cashier wrapped my food up and boxed it to go anyway. I told him no, it's for here and he basically pried my credit card out of my hand before I could tell him I wanted a drink. They apparently don't care about sales and I felt like I was being pressured to leave the establishment. So I guess after I finish this meal, I'll do just that. The food is good, but the service is unacceptable. Edit: Followed up on owner's response, Never heard back."

"It’s not everyday I walk into a fast food restaurant with high expectations. It’s usually get my food and leave. This location has not only won me as a returning customer but has restored my faith in the dying art of customer service. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by a big beautiful smile in alohra (hope I spelled her name right) she treated my order as if it was for a family member. She’s an artist and chicken nacho bowls are her canvas. Lewis rang me up asked how my day was going and seemed genuinely interested. As if this wasn’t enough I was then greeted by Jason who asked if there was anything else he can do to make sure my order was perfect. Honestly can’t say enough positive things about this location and the staff. Please keep up the good work guys, it doesn’t go un-noticed or un-appreciated."

"Not a welcoming environment! ???? I am not familiar with their menu and I can 't even pronounced quesadilla this was my second time coming to this place. I am so disappointed that the guy was working there probably had a bad day but it 's not right to giving people a hard time, he literally Said I have no time for this, I am stressing out then he walked away. I simply asked if he can add a pulled pork not a sample to try , but he still gave me a free sample anyways. The food was good though but will definitely come back to a different location."

"I am from the spring, but make deliveries to Denver a few times a month....I never driver through Denver without stopping here. The service is fast and friendly, I get something different everytime and it's always on point. I talk about it every time I go to my husband, that's he's become a bit jealous when I go....we have to make a trip together, so I can get him hooked."
