"I ordered the grilled salmon with yams and cabbage with iced tea and banana pudding. The salmon was dry but stil ok. The yams was the best and the cabbage wasn't the best but my son liked them. The iced tea tasted like water with a hint of flavor and I haven't had the time to taste the banana pudding yet."

"A small local place serving some delicious and huge portions of chicken and pork. I ordered the half chicken combo that comes with 2 sides (I picked rice and fried plantains). The servers were nice and loaded up my takeout container with enough food for 2 people! Taste wise, I definitely enjoyed the dark meat as it juicy and full of flavour but unfortunately the white meat was a bit dry. Rice was a bit but I feel next time I should try the roasted plantains as the fried one didn't have much taste. Definitely worth checking out!"

The food was also a total hit with everyone young and old, from Boston or afar. Amazing selection and attention to dietary needs and preferences within a very reasonable budget as well as an eye towards being as environmentally friendly as possible. I am so glad we went with FFG and highly recommend them to cater your next Boston area event."

While waiting for my order today I overheard the owner on the phone explaining the goal of the restaurant is to provide fresh healthy food to the community with reasonable prices. She even explained that they offer student discounts to give youth a healthy alternative to burger king. They are truly giving back to the community with their focus on healthy alternatives and affordability. Plus their food is so freakin' yummy!!!
