"I was stranded in Port Augusta for a week and had four Wendys ice cream this week (I am pregnant, so no drinking!! the salted caramel every time. The owners (I suppose gave perfect customer service, but I found to be the ice... various portions each time despite always the same size and the risk of getting too small I got a double on my last visit, but it was basically already melted and she did not mention it until I had it in my hand. She sounded apologetic, but I would have preferred another taste if there was one that was less runny. Even great taste and great service with a smile, but consistency in chain shops is important."
