"I have a love/hate relationship with Chipotle Mexican Grill. I really like their flavors and for the most part I can just eat meat, dairy, and vegetables and feel okay about my diet. I have virtually given up on the app, we ordered frequently from it in the past, but so often received a bowl of sour cream soup because the people making the meals are just not very conscientious. So recently I started just going into the restaurant to place my order and watch them make my food. I like a lot of lettuce on my bowl and I swear it is the least expensive ingredient on the line, but it is like pulling teeth trying to get an employee to sprinkle more than, and I mean this quite literally, 10 pieces of lettuce on top of my bowl! I say either, heavy lettuce , lots of lettuce , or as much lettuce as you can pack under that lid , and I get the same results, that is, having to ask again for MORE lettuce. It irritates me to no end and it doesn 't seem to matter how many times I give any Chipotle restaurant a bad review somebody from the top must be hoarding lettuce!"

"I ordered a bowl with chips and guacamole. As I got my order I didn't have my chips so I asked the lady did they forget my chips to which she replied we are out of chips. It was only 8:30 and they closed at 10. Her reply to me was it's too late to make anymore chips so we put in the little oranges as a substitute. But they charged me for chips and guac. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I'm a customer service Mgr and I can't imagine giving that reply or at least removing the charge. NOT a good experience"

"Greeted nicely and the food preparer was nice and pleasant. Food was good and portion size worth the money. The cashier neglected to tell me the total. Many tables were dirty and empty. No napkins were stocked In The dinning area."
