"I rarely rate places 5 stars but this one had to be one among them!!! My family and I absolutely love this restaurant. Although we live in North Goa but everything we make a trip down south, we make sure we come here for dinner or lunch. The food here is fabulous!!! Everything I've tried so far is great!! May it be the golden fry squids, the chicken tandoori, the chicken fried rice or any other dishes. The place is quite popular among both, the locals as well as the tourists so it is quite crowded. The best part about this place is the food is available at a very good price and there is no compromise on quality or quantity. Delicious and lots!!! The service is pretty good as well. It's a bar and restaurant but they have kept a section of the restaurant which is strictly family restaurant section. All in all, it's a plus that has to be on your list!!!"

"Firstly the beautifully renovated Villa will blow you away. The perfect place for an afternoon date. The host Mr Ruben welcomed us and gave us a tour of the villa telling us about its history. Then began our 5-course lunch of 15 dishes. The meal was nothing short of perfect. The flavours were perfect! The crab was the best I have had in Goa. Will visit it again on my next visit to Goa!<br/ <br/ P.S. you have to make your reservation a day in advance and notify them of your preferences."

"We were taken to Palacio D Deao by our guide. He explained how Ruben and his wife went to Portugal to study how to renovate this beautiful historical place. We toured the property and were shocked with what a beautiful job they have done restoring this classic building. We had been told that he best would be saved for last! Ruben told us that his wife prepares an "elementary" lunch. We sat down under their portico which is surrounded by the most beautiful plants and trees to one of the best meals that we have ever had in India. If the meal was elementary I would like to see what a fancy meal would look like! I believe that one has to call to make a reservation for lunch."
