"I had read good things about this restaurant and how busy it gets so tried my luck getting a table on a weekday evening. Unfortunately, there was a long wait which was disappointing! They have a pub downstairs if you fancy a drink or two while you wait for a call from them for when a table is available but I was not willing to wait that long for a table. Decided to do a takeaway instead as it was the food I was interested in. Placed the order online on their website and it was ready in good time. Chicken street style noodles, panang curry with prawns and coconut rice all blew our minds and exceeded my expectations of Thai food there. The portion sizes are good too. "Awful. I beg you not to go. There we were and had what we thought was a nice meal, so returned a few days later. Try to order the same meal. After the order, a waitress returned and informed us that the rice I had ordered, despite on the gluten-free menu, was indeed not suitable and contained gluten. Although I had ordered another item, I had thought this meal a few nights earlier, it was gluten-free and even coeliac friendly after they regained us via cross-contamination. When we told them that I had rice a few nights earlier, they were not disturbed and do not understand the seriousness of this problem not only for me, but for the other people who may have ordered the same item as I previously did without knowing the damage they did to their bodies. This is unacceptable. Allergies are extremely serious and they didn't get it at all. It is quite disappointing as a celiac that hasn't been ill for almost two years to have an incident on not being in control of it after working hard and missing to take care of you health."

"Ultra fresh and ultra tasty. Exactly what this St Ives needs. I work in town and am delighted to be able pick something nutritious for lunch. Looking forward to trying the ramen and the miso soup!"
