"Went here for iftar dinner kaiten zushi/rotation sushi/conveyor sushi (whatever you want to refer it) style. The place is generally in zen for the Japanese theme dining. The conveyor belt of sushi was placed in the center of the restaurant with chairs around it. The sushi master chef is inside this area for work of art sushi/sashimi. The staffs are very accommodating and attentive the whole time we were there. We avail of their Promotion of Unlimited Sushi on the conveyor. It comes with cup of miso soup (not your ordinary miso soup), a serving of edamame (lightly salted) and drinks (any soft drinks and water). Every small plate in the conveyor has 3-4 piece of rolls/maki/sushi; different types. You can eat whatever you want in the conveyor belt and whatever the chef gives to you. We choose the seat in front of the conveyor so we are delighted with the arrays of sushi, rolls, maki passing right in front of us plus surprised with the taste and presentation of what the chef happily handed to us. The deconstructed serving of sushi/maki the chef gave to us may looked like a Japanese ceviche but oh my, it is crazy delicious. The sashimi (tuna, salmon) are fresh, melt in your mouth goodness. For me, If you ever been in Japan and had it first hand in Japan, this is the closest taste to a 3 star Kaiten Sushi in Japan. The price is definitely justifiable with the taste and customer service you get. WARNING!!! Please be there with expanded stomach ready to accomodate loads of belly loving goodness."

"Good evening. Service was friendly, had a table outside overlooking the Grand Mosque, great view. Tempura prawns were amazing as the sushi. A little rushed, ended with starter and main or our table at the same time. Is that an Abu Dhabi thing? I don't know, but overall a very pleasant meal. Very good restaurant. Do not miss the Crab Salat, u will love it. The service was very polite. It's delicious. They even had a Dj there. It'll be back soon and I recommend it."

"When I asked myself where to go for the new year, I finally remembered the groupon I had bought for this restaurant and was glad to know that they would accept it for the new year brunch. this was a restaurant that I was very skeptical to try because I could not find too many reviews on zomato or ta, but our only trust was in the fact that it was part of the hilton brand. in the far left of the hotel at the entrance, it welcomes a bright, open and airy restaurant, with lots of natural light coming and many seats to choose. from the moment I went into the eyes, were spread on the sushi board, the mini-Churrasco and an incredible dessert. I started with the salates that were amazingly fresh and crispy. I loved how fresh the sushi was, but I knew I had to go on as my heart was elsewhere. After I got a few nets for my son, I got some help from the grilled rib auge and rock, cooked on medium and so tender. they also had beautiful lamb ouzi and salt combated salmon next to, as well as a risotto station. the ouzi was cooked so well that it was a joy to observe the cook, to pull the meat apart, and it was so soft and tender that it melted in mouth. I was really caught with the extended station to be honest, that I actually didn't go on the main gorge. they had a lot of change, and my dear said it was pretty good. I just tried the lasagne who was randomly a family lover. but the piece of resistance had to desserts the variety that were colors, I had to have all. the desserts felt naturally in the taste, no were excessively sweet, and so it was easier to try on the palate and easier. it is the first time that I had so many desserts on every buffet, and I guess I tried them all: I must learn from the personal that the regular buffet lacks the extended station in comparison, and minus a few things. the only part was the service, it felt very slow and it was obvious that they were a little short staff. it didn't bother us so much, even though I wondered how they would say goodbye if they had become more local and more business. but the staff is really nice, and everyone is super friendly when they calm down on them. Overall, I am really surprised that nobody spoke about this place. we had a wonderful experience, the place felt very relaxing, and only the salads and desserts are compelling enough to give this place an attempt. as with any other hilton, eating is more than anything else, and even without a discount voucher, the current event prices are very affordable. definitiw recommended!"
