"I was really surprised by the quality of the food here. This place is a real hidden gem for sushi lovers. We came here because all our usual sushi places were full with 1 hour waiting times for a table. This place was our risk taking choice and im so glad we took that risk. The fish was fresh and the dishes were actually well seasoned. This has probably surpassed 3 other sushi places on my list now. Cant wait to come back!"

"We were told by friends that this was one of the best sushi restaurants in Barrie. I’m not sure if we got them on a bad day, but I’ll never go back. Reviews online said the lunch AYCE was cheap couldn’t find the price anywhere online). $20 per person $10 for my 5 yo son) is not cheap. At that price, I’ll go to Noble sushi, as it’s 1000 times better. The service was terrible, and for the first 20 mins or so, we were the only customers in the restaurant, so really no excuse. I can get past the terrible service if the food is good, but it was horrible. The sushi rolls tasted old like what you find at a grocery store. None of the food was fresh tasting at all. Honestly, I will never go back, there are so many other sushi AYCE restaurants that are way better Noble, Sakana house, Fork and spoon; to name a few)."

"I was very happy with the quality of the sushi. My wife and I had a salmon sushi dinner with a dim sum platter. We started with the Kim chi and seaweed salad. The staff was very friendly...above average. ISushi is located beside the Marketplace on Mapleview. Enjoy!"

"These sushi counter pics posted here are NOT what is actually at this location; I'm sure it's from some other Sobeys. What WAS at this location was 1 small shelf at the deli counter with 5 small boxes of sad looking Cali rolls behind the egg salad sandwiches. Misleading pics would be an understatement."
