"Because of a situation, we had to leave an accusation that we had originally booked. We contacted Hotel d'Alibert. The owner, Frédéric, welcomed us and rented us a room in a very short view. The owner, Frédéric, is very friendly and helpful. The room and the building itself is decorated in beautiful original style and kept clean and tidy. We recommend this hotel"

"What a lovely little bijou village restaurant, a choice of traditional dining inside, or out on the terrace where you can see vine fields meeting mountains and savour a proper flavour of rural hospitable Minervois. Among other set menus, each with their nod to Moroccan cuisine, an excellent three-course lunch at a good-value 15€. The locally-produced wine was superb and it was possible to buy this later for further tasting later! Particular mention of the warm welcome we received and the charming staff who made our visit such a pleasure."

"A lovely meal, did not book. Service was very good, all staff patient and polite with our basic French. Very accommodating. A great choice of pizza toppings on the menu. Large pizzas which were very good value. Only €8 for a litre of house wine.. excellent!!! Would recommend."
