"We enjoyed lunch! There were quite some different gluten-free options. The waiter knew his stuff and adviced us on what could or couldn’t be prepared gluten-free. The gluten-free dish was served sperately and the waiter came back to check on that. Impressed!"

"During our last visit we were asked to change our table during the meal because they wanted to move the free neighboring table with ours. We agreed, but then had to walk back and forth between our table and the new table and across the room 3 times to get the plates with our food, the drinks and our jackets. The lady didn't help us ! and while we were busy carrying our food around, she set the tables for the new guests. When walking through the room for several minutes, we disturbed numerous other guests, since the tables are extremely narrow and you could hardly get between the tables and chairs. We had a reservation, had already started eating and were still bothered by wanting to give other guests the table we were already eating at and then not even being helped bring food and drinks to the new table? We complained to an employee because my 26€ fish was completely cold and we were offered a coffee as compensation."

"Incompetent restaurant management. First the staff claimed that the restaurant is full and send hotel guest away even. The entire restaurant was empty (see foto). Once called out on the obvious fact that the restaurant is empty, the staff came up with a new story and blamed it on a technical issues. In total the staff was not believable and rude. Have tasted food on other occasions it’s ok especially if you like mayonnaise. Location at the beach is beautiful."

"This was always a nice restaurant, but now (it's March 11 and cold outside) we were not allowed to drink a coffee inside, only outside. It's March. There were tons of open tables. Quite unwelcoming. Luckily there are lots of beach places in Noordwijk that are hospitable."
