"Leider wollte man mir eine Pizza Mare unterjubeln, obwohl ich eine Pizza Marinara bestellt hatte. Nach der Reklamation wurde die Pizza einfach stehen gelassen und trotzig auf die Karte verwiesen, mit dem Hinweis Mare und Marinara seien das gleiche, weil Marinara nicht auf der Karte steht. Wenn sie keine Marinara machen wollen, wäre es nett, das beim Bestellen zu sagen und einem nicht eine Meeresfrüchtepizza hinzustellen. Missverständnisse können vorkommen, aber ich hätte mir in dem Fall eine zuvorkommendere Bewirtung gewünscht. Unfortunately, they wanted to foist me a Pizza Mare, even though I had ordered a Pizza Marinara. After the complaint, the pizza was simply left and defiantly referred to the menu, with the note Mare and Marinara are the same because Marinara is not on the menu. If they don't want to make a marinara, it would be nice to say so when you order and not give you a seafood pizza. Misunderstandings can happen, but I would have wished for a more courteous hospitality in this case."
