"The restaurant decor is beautiful and the hosts friendly. We ordered a pizza without ham. It came with ham and then we had to wait for another one so that the chips and salads eat without the pizza. We ordered 2 cappuccinos and got 2 decaf black coffees. Oh, yeah, everyone else has a little nibble on the table before the food arrived, we don't. Pizza very dry, not much topping and hardly any tomatoes it was tasteless. Average. Wouldn't go again. Waitresses were beautiful. It's a shame because the production of a big place, but we want the food we ordered."

"C'est bien simple je ne connais rien au dessus de Faurie ! Nous sommes pourtant des habitués de bonne cuisine et de restaurant étoilés, celui là est au dessus de tout. Si le cadre et l'ambiance sont assez inhabituel, je le reconnais, le repas est simplement exceptionnel. Et j'ai enfin compris ce que signifiait l'expression " sublimer un produit" ! Professeur de cuisine moi-même, je ne savais pas qu'une féve pouvoir avoir ce goût. Je ne savais pas qu'une salade de petit pois crus aux huitres ça pouvait être magique. Je ne savais pas que l'association de la blette et de la noisette pouvait nous envoyer directement au paradis.....le chef est un génie, tout ce qu'il nous sert fait partie d'un autre monde, nous y sommes allé 2 fois, nous y retournerons."
