"I ordered a steak pudding and chips and noticed that the pudding was not in a bain marie as would be normal but it was put into a microwave. When I got home I found the chips under cooked almost white and falling apart and the pudding wasn't hot in fact the centre was tepid. This is very basic stuff. All mine went straight into the bin. Never again!"
