"This restaurant is a little gem in Lenk. They have a very reduce menu option but the dishes they have are all fresh and spectacular. 3 starter option, 3 main dishes and a veriety of desserts. The waiter presents the menu on a slate (handwritten) which gives it an other touch. I had the chees as a starter and it was perfect, the beef duo as main dish. What an expirience. The roulade was full of herbs, an explosion in the mouth and the piece from Haxe was crisp and tender and so so deliceous. Very friendly an personal stuff and wonderful food, a wonderful evening."
In beautiful weather you can even be served in the outdoor area, and there is no-charge WiFi. The premises on site are accessible, and therefore no problem for guests with wheelchairs or physiological limitations.

"We had earlier climbed the opposite Mountain path by auto and was given this restaurant as a suggestion by the Swiss cousin of my wife. So we climbed the mountain by auto and found another marvelous view at the top. The food was very good. My wife and I split a large salad, and their veal dish. My in-laws split an enormous fondue pot. Our Swiss cousin had the rosti. My son got the Weinerschnitzel which was the best dish by far. All the food sampled was wonderful. The chef came out to check on us (Marcel...I think was the name.) Our chef was a burley East German as friendly as they come. If in Lenk again this stop is a no brainer."

"High-end restaurant of the lenkerhof. the frame is beautiful, the very kind and attentive staff. The kitchen is delicious and extremely original. the menu offers 16 different dishes of a large variety among which few have to choose an indefinite number! they are prepared at the minute with very varied products."

"The young, motivated team makes a great job in a not quite simple «environment». the food has met the expectations of a mountain hut, the rooms are very cozy and the looking in the evening into the simmental is really intoxicating.Only the sanitary facilities left to wish, as a shower would be of advantage. "We stopped here for a mid-afternoon lunch after a long hike down from the top of the Metsch summit station. This place is a welcome sight after hours being on the trail. They have ample shaded seating on an outside terrace facing the falls and the mountains. Service is not the quickest, though people were extremely warm and friendly, especially to those with children and dogs. The menu offers traditional Swiss food and has many options. Portions are large and prices are quite reasonable. The desserts and ice cream menu are quite elaborate. Many people obviously had come just for coffee and dessert. There is a large playground near the terrace and a teepee with interesting animal artifacts inside to see. Overall, this is a very family-friendly restaurant in a beautiful location at the end of the Lenk im Simmental area. It is is clear by the number of customers that this place is a favorite and lives up to its name."

"This restaurant is very nice to spent the evening and eat good food. The have delicous salad to start, or tartar (my favorite and for main dishes Schnitzel or steak but as well vegetarion dishes like vegetable with an egg (my wive took it and she was really happy as light meal . Food selection is very good and the food itself very taste as well. Service was very friendly and we had a pleasant stay here. The food is kind of simple but hey after a long hike it is perfect and simple can be soooo deliceous ;"
