"They have almost none of the products they display on the menu, and somehow they still take 20 minutes to make a coffee ? Then we get the coffee and the donut and they are in terrible shape the coffee has spilled all over itself, dripping everywhere, and the donut is a MESS (half mangled).This is the worst tims experience we’ve ever had."

"How many employees does it take to make a sandwich?Went to get breakfast with my girlfriend. A sausage on a biscuit with double meat, and a ham and Cheddar. Drove away only to find out they didn't give us the double meat (payed extra for it btw) the sandwich was slopped together with wilted nd dirty Lettuce, and there was no Cheddar on the HAM AND CHEDDAR?!?! Went back and took them a second to make the new food, but then there wAS NO CHEDDAR ON THE SANDWICH AGAIN?!?! So I had to go back in and get it remade a third time. Actually unreal. Train your staff better, dude. Seems to be a trend at your store from what i hear, yikes?? id be embarrassed if i was you. -1/5 Stars.EDIT: Shout out to bro who fixed the sandwich a third time tho, he was a chiller"

"Fresh and LOTS. Dang you get a lot of food here. A dinner for one can feed two if you get an appetizer. And it's fast fresh and tasty. The General Tso that I got chicken has enough spice and the chicken is super crispy and vegetables are crisp too."

"We were passing through the region for wine tasting and one of the locals told us about this great place for lunch. Nice setup to have a quite lunch and chat. Perfect service! No harassment every 5 minutes (we really dislike the way waiters in North America tend to interrupt you all the time in the middle of a conversation for no good reason). The bread was absolutely delicious! Awesome sandwiches! Great coffee too :)"
