"Little hidden gem in Stanthorpe QLD. If you are heading up to Qld or down to NSW, Hanasaku is a good stop for a delicious Japanese style meal. Had the Pork Gyoza and Agedashi Tofu along with Vegetable Udon noodles, all have a lovely taste. The Agedashi Tofu is perfect, not too strong in flavour but enough to have a lingering, satisfying after-taste. My son loves the pork gyoza and upon noodles. This little industrial-style decorated eatery is cute and welcoming."

"Quality food and great service at a super reasonable price! The cauliflower bites (with blue cheese mayo dipping), kangaroo steak and the cheeseburgers are truly outstanding and one of the best we’ve ever had. Very impressed with the whole experience. The restaurant, being run and managed by QCWT staff and students, is pretty much in the same league as many fine dining restaurants, which would’ve charged twice or 3 times as much!"

"We did not move long ago to stanthorpe, and this is by far the best place to eat and get coffee. no other comes to comparison. the prices are reasonable, the service is fast and the staff is very attentive. I'm coming to my morning coffee from now on."

"Lovely genuine Italian cuisine - with typically generous Italian serving sizes! We were warned by our hosts at our beautiful B&B to order entree size main courses and we were very thankful for the advice. My husband had the stuffed mushrooms as an entree and followed with an entree size cannelloni. I also had the entree size cannelloni as my main, which allowed me room for a dessert! The cannelloni was so full of wonderful Italian flavour and was, indeed, a very generous serve. The aroma from my husband's mushroom entree had my mouth watering before my meal arrived. The dessert menu was so good, I wanted them all, but eventually settled on Cannoli - very glad I made that choice. Again a very generous serving - 3 delicious melt in the mouth pastry tubes filled with both custard & chocolate cream!! I ate one, my husband ate one, and we took one home. DO NOT miss this restaurant. I believe they have a buffet format on weekends, wish I could be in town for that!"
