"I eat at August 8 all the time and have never had a worse experience here. The staff is super nice and the food tasted amazing. I tried their new chicken teriyaki bowl and it was delicious. It’s currently 4:55 in the morning and I’m throwing up. I have never had a reaction to anything else at August 8. I don’t even have a sensitive stomach. There is a good chance that I don’t go back to august 8 after this experience."

"We had a reservation for 6pm and arrived promptly. Food was served immediately, each course either simultaneously or on top of each other. At 7:15, we were just about finished our glass of wine when we were told by one of the staff that we needed to vacate our seats so that they could seat others. Really? Could they not have waited 5 more minutes for us to finish? Is an hour and 15 minutes the maximum time allowed for dinner?Embarrassing and we'll never go back."

"We decided to ami an attempt based on the high rating here on tripadvisor. we ordered a few spicy salmon handrolls, tuna maki and a bulgolgi roll. the spicy lachs handrolle was so, but the rice seemed to have a stab taste. the bulgolgi says it comes with cut sirloin and none of us found any disc meat. the meat was more like cooked ground bark, had not much taste, but the rice had also tasted this sting as if it were left out throughout the day. the thunfish roll was the one that ended my meal. I sneaked into a roll and found myself chewing on something hard. I carefully pulled it out and found that I would chew on the skin. I'm sorry, but I can't believe that the reviews for this restaurant and will advise definitiw friends and family to stay away."
