"I don’t know if it is the service, the food, or the people but Los Garcia has to be one of the best food trucks I know in Connecticut. Great service, made fresh, and great food. You order, get a buzzer That buzzes when your order is ready, and eat the best (but very simple) foods. A favorite are the elotes and the taquitos. If you want to start finding good foods across Connecticut I would say here!"

"Best taco truck in Waterbury. Don’t be fooled by the glitz and glamour of other joints, Don Hugo is the real deal. Cash-only but worth it. There has been times I forgot that I didn’t have cash and he told me it’s ok just pay another day. The food is delicious, freshly made and filling."

"Came in for a quick bite while at the mall. First thing I noticed was a bit of a musty smell; not super strong, but still there. Restaurant had 4 diners, including myself, at the time. Melinda, my waitress, sat me down and took my order, she was very attentive and nice. Ordered the jalapeño burger with hash browns. Burger was quite good, hash brows however, were cold and hard; not good at all. Worst thing about the visit was that I was given 2 sets of utensils and both had dirty silverware, with food stuck onto them. That was very repulsive. Upon returning the second set of utensils the waitress went to the back and got me utensils picked out by herself. That was very nice of her. Other than the burger and Melinda's service, overall the experience was pretty disappointing. Worst thing about that is that it seems that cleanliness is the culprit; weird musty smell, dirty utensils, and there was also food on the floor from previous diners. It really wasn't that busy for onion rings, straw wrappers, and other unrecognizable food items to be on the floor underneath tables."
