Living in Paris since 2019 we tried many times to eat them and every time they were ultra expensive and sub par. Luckily, with supplì factory we had a really pleasant experience. The suppli are for sure different. First of they are round and second, there is basilic in the sauce. Even if they are different, they are ultra good and cheap. They were crispy outside, with rice and mozzarella spot-on. The sauce, although different, was savory and really well done. GO THERE if you need a snack while roaming aroud. Only bad point, I think they have a great product, but form outside the shop looks like one of the many Italian knock-off. I advise them to better showcase their product at the entrance, because the smell of suppli can bring close to the shop everyone!"
