"Wandered in having made a booking online 3 hours earlier. The place was in chaos with just one guy at the bar who took 4 or 5 minutes to even register us. Then they didn't have our details so they sat at us a table in the middle of the corridor and informed us that there was no table service as they were short staffed and that you would have to order at the bar. Well, I stood at the bar for over 10 minutes waiting to place an order and during that time I could see the kitchen which was like a scene from Lord of the Flies with 15 year olds in the kitchen dishing out food to 16 year old waiting staff. Advice to the manager: Just tell people you can't take their bookings. Don't make us wait 30 minutes for no service and no food."

"I went here with my family a year or so ago and 2 years before that and I loved the atmosphere, the team were lovely and friendly. The food was brilliant! I’m gutted that I’ve come from wales to visit again and it’s closed for maintenance until the 10th Feb. Hope to try visit again next year now "
