"Used to really like Pizza Express but got a Deliveroo from Cheadle branch and it wasnt cooked. I called them to say I wasn’t looking for a refund but to let the chef know that he was sending out uncooked food. The person who answered the phone seemed very unconcerned and I just got a ‘sorry about that’ Even after cooking it through it was tasteless and still doughy, put it in the bin. What a waste of £13!"

"Disastrous! We went for lunch after the cinema. We ordered two child meals and two adult starters. The dough balls were excellent as were the spicy garlic prawns. The two child pasta dishes were awful. One was sent back as uncooked. It returned cooked and was fairly tasty. The other child pasta dish was tasteless (pasta with mushrooms) and also undercooked. The ice cream desserts were good. We will not return."

"I have placed a rather large order, it was delivered in time. I was disappointed by the pizzas, they had stuck to the box lid and most of the Margarita pizza was left without cheese. the Veggie Sizzler was burned. I complained and was very pleasantly surprised, the heart of the phone was very apologetic and assured us our replacement pizzas would be with us in 20 minutes. the replacement pizzas arrived on time and piping hot. very impressed by their customer service. will definitely be ordered again."

"Ordered a donner kebab. Lettuce had gone off and was slimey. Naan bread tasted like it had been microwaved from frozen. Hot sauce looked and tasted like it was tomatoe soup with some spices put in it. Overall......crap!!!"

"I always ordered a take away from here. This one time the guy taking my order seemed new. He told me in future order from cheadle as that's your nearest place which isn't true. I told him could he get the driver to ring me when he arrived outside mine as I have an illness. The delivery man came knocking on my door. I rang the restaurant and told the guy you didn't tell the delivery man to ring me, he replied and said he forgot. More like he couldn't be bothered as he told me to ring the Cheadle branch in future. I never ordered from pizza hut again. If you want to lose your customers and run your business down its not the way to speak to your customers in this manner or promote your sales. Before this guy they were always fine with me and always rang me and never told me to ring cheadle."
