"The staff at this Mc Donald's couldn't get an order right if their lives depended on it. When your going through the drive through they don't give you a chance to talk because they are talking over you! Not only do they get the order wrong,when they put the fries in the bag they put them in upside down. I avoid this Mc Donald's like the plague! Burger King Rules!"

"Was not impressed, l ordered poutine through door dash and when I opened the bag I was absolutely astonished to see there was no fork in it. otherwise the poutine was quite delicious."

"Made the mistake of stopping for mcdonalds on the way to my parents. We ordered and were told to wait in spot Someone was already in spot As we waited we had the entertainment of watching a racoon wander around outside their door....Poor thing is probably addicted to fries. Anyways there was a line up and another car pulled into spot number and then we waited about ten more minutes or so. Lots if other cars driving by. And then a kid came out and gave a bag of food and a happy meal to the car in spot and then another bag to the car in spot Still wondered why our meal wasnt ready when we only ordered a chicken nugget, a junior chicken, and a quarter pounder meal. Anyways another ten minutes of watching the raccoon and more cars are driving past with their food. Finally a kid comes out to us with a bag thats not even close to our order... he says he will go back and see where our order was. A girl comes out this time and says im sorry but weve lost your order.... not sure how this happens... but she takes out order again and repeats it into her mic and heads back in, before she gets to the door she turns around and comes back and says her mic isnt working and asks for our order AGAIN. And then finally another five minutes and they bring us our food. Literally waited over a half hour in the parking lot of mcdonalds!!! Crazy,we could have gotten a real burger and fries by that point. No sorry, no coupon or refund or even extra fries haha this place is brutal"

Called head office they were shocked and agreed with me, they will be contacting them and correcting them!"
