"We arrived at the Box Hill Motel, after driving from Sydney, on Saturday December about PM. We selected this motel on the basis that they provide a free WIFI connection for their guests. When we asked the manager, Sue to arrange for someone to help us set up our computer, she said there was no one available and gave us a telephone number to contact for assistance. When we tried this number the line was busy and we were put on hold. After being on hold for fifteen minutes, the connection was broken and we had to redial the number and start again. This happened three times. In frustration, we contacted the manager several times and were advised that all other guests had no problem with the WIFI connection and implied that the problem was our fault. Her attitude was that this was not her problem and if we were not happy with the service we should check out. Her behaviour was not what we expected from a motel manager. They are supposed to look after their guests and attend to any problems they have. We eventually made the connection and were able to use the internet, no thanks to the manager. In view of these circumstances we will certainly not recommend the Box Hill Motel. Recommends this product No"

"A few friends and I got together to try something a little different and my taste buds cannot thank me enough! A quaint little restaurant that's very design serves to highlight the wonderful interaction the wait staff provide throughout your meal. Honestly I am taken back by the level of service we received and then to top it all off the food was perfection! We began with an antipasto plate that had a great selection. I ordered a medium steak with fries and salad and for me this was the highlight, the steak was so delicious I had to share with others to show what they were missing out on. We ordered three deserts to share amongst the group and keeping in line with the rest of the evening were absolutely blown away.<br/ <br/ Do yourself a favour and check in to Bonjour Bonsoir for a wonderful meal and fantastic service."

"The place it self is warn and welcoming, with a good ambiance. The staff were also helpful and very pleasant. The food we had was pretty good, but wasn't exceptional. The Halloumi Fries we had were absolutely loaded with salt, which wasn't a great start...to the food. But the rest of the food was good, but did take a bit of time."

"Had lunch here today with my daughter and the staff were quite welcoming and polite. I ordered a Caesar Salad, as I’m gluten intolerant the waiter informed me that the croutons were not gluten free so I had to omit them but the chef was happy to make gluten free croutons for me so I didn’t miss out. The Caesar salad was delicious as was the mixed fruit juice I ordered. We sat outside in the back courtyard it was peaceful and lovely. The service was quite quick we didn’t need to wait long our water glasses were always filled. As I love all things French this was the perfect place for me, the staff and service was excellent and the decor was well presented. I would highly recommend this lovely cafe. <br/>Cheers Georgina"
