"For a German who ate a lot of different Döner in Germany, Greek or Turkey, this was a nice place to eat a Döner! The Döner tasted just fine. It had its own touch but was close enough what I am used to! The staff was nice and the pricing is okay considering you eat in Toronto but not eating Döner, for Döner it is to expensive! I liked the fact that they sell German beer! That about it."

"Best food ever!The restaurant is now called Mr. kebab time, it 's a must to go place . The Flavours are authentic Turkish, the food, the place, and the people they all bring the warmth of Turkey.The serving size was superb, the food tasty extremely delicious, and the owner was so sweet he got us tea and didn 't even charge for it. Said it 's on the house, and his smile reminded me of my trip to Turkey where everyone is happy and so warm that you feel like *home*.. :)I would say it surpasses any rating scale, so if you are on the west side, then do give this place a chance.Support our local businesses and help them grow. The pandemic is already too hard on us, but it cannot ruin a good Turkish meal only if you give it a chance.What we ordered:1. Chicken Doner with fries2. Beef doner pide3. "I have been here a couple of times and i really want to like it more than i do, the food is hit or miss, one time the potatoes and very good and the shawarma not so much then another time the shawarma is decent but the potatoes not very good, i find it inconsistent, also not very easy to get parked, better if you can walk over"

"I started coming here the very next day it opened as I'm a food enthusiast and will try almost anything that's new. My first impression about Tikka House was enough for me to come back here every time I felt a craving for Indian/Pakistani cuisine. The food is always fresh, made from scratch and the taste never forgets to delight me. When friends and family are over I always order from Tikka House and they always appreciate and enjoy the food cos most of the indian/pakistani food they ever ate from other Gerrard Street restaurants didn't seem to be good enough. I'm glad this place is opened close to my home, now I dont need to run all over toronto to look for indian food. I totally recommend it to people and their Chicken Cheese Kebab and Haleem are pure awesome."
