"May 1 was opening day so we wondered if there might be some opening day hiccups but there were none. Our server was friendly and efficient and the food was fresh and delicious. The 4 course table d'hôtel included broccoli soup, local smoked salmon (super...good), fresh cod with a lemon sauce and a moist rich chocolate cake. The food was beautifully presented and the view was lovely."

"Had lunch here on a Tuesday. Their table d'hote had several choices that included coffee or tea and the soup or dessert of the day. We had been delighted to find moules meuniere for a reasonable price, but several had an off-aroma, and the broth was pretty salty with no obvious butter or cream. Our server was friendly and helpful. Other menu choices might have been better. It seems to be primarily a bar with a dining area in the front, so it's not fancy. The wine prices were moderate, and they offered a half-liter carafe of house wine for $12.50. We were more pleased with other choices in Rimouski."

"I was quite disappointed with this hotel. First, this hotel is LOUD, I could hear conversations throughout the evening quite loudly in my room. The night itself it did quiet down.The bed is OK and the pillows are good. The check in was mediocre at best.The room I got was spacious enough.There are blackout curtains but they don't cover the borders of the windows and my room faced a bright parking area so the room wasn't too dark throughout the night.My main gripe is that the AC in the room did not work. I tried calling the front desk for over 75 minutes to get it resolved without answer. It was 9pm when I started calling but you would think à 4 star hotel would have evening staff.The next morning at checkout I told the staff of the AC and not getting anyone at the front desk and he just told me he would look into it. That's it.My first choice in Rimouski was full and I regret choosing this place as an alternative."

"Un bel accueil par un chef passionné, Seb qui a créé un pont entre la gastronomie et le fast food. En entrée, les petits pavé de saumon et les crevettes frites étaient excellents. J'ai pris le burger C&D sans frite et j'ai osé ajouter la poutine au homard... (que j'ai partagé...) heureusement parce que les portions ne sont pas généreuses... Elles sont méga généreuses. Tout à fait excellent!!! J'ai aussi gouté à la poutine C&D qui était excellente. Des amis ont pris le mac & cheese, la poutine cochon et les guedille au homard. Que de bons commentaires!!! Seb et son équipe ont sortie les assiettes du groupe (10 personnes) rapidement!! Pas un énorme choix de vin (1 rouge et 2 blancs) mais très bien choisi et délicieux. Le menu diffère selon l'inspiration du chef. Prenez le temps de vous le faire expliquer, il est passionné et ça ajoute à l'expérience de la soirée. Merci Seb! Soirée super agréable dans un resto sympathique avec de belles découvertes de mets et saveurs!!!"
