"Looks like a nice place with some really good food, but I really don't understand why they employ rude and arrogant floor staff. All the other ski resorts have such a lovely, friendly waiting staff except this.I was here a year ago, had exactly the same experience like this time.The waiter argues with me about my order, that he misunderstood. Really crap attitude from a front of the house staff.And the management is unable to deal with it.I can not see any reason to go back there anymore. They got 2 changes, a whole year pasted away between them and had the same bad experiences at both times. They not aim to get better for sure!"
