"I love herring! And here it’s wonderful. Great presentation, too. Three different kinds, secret recipes for pickling. That wonderful homemade rye bread with it and the traditional goose/pork-fat to put I the bread. All with a wonderful dark, local beer and a very friendly, charming host. All the other dishes sounded delicious as well, lots of different fish, but you can also have a rump steak. We thought this restaurant must be completely overcrowded, what with it being so close to the Louisiana museum. But not at all! We were almost the only guests.
