While I’m not going to highlight one of those, I’m going to focus on a restaurant that seems to have risen from the ashes of something that was once bigger. "The first thing you see is that it's unappealing the way they wrap the chicken just in foil .Then you have small portions,over priced and the chicken is not even fresh, at least 2 days old."

"I witnessed multiple times that they use all sorts of tactics to jack up the price of pizzas that would otherwise be supposed to have no ‘extras’ charged. I probably ordered 10 times the same order and it ALWAYS come at different prices with a different tactic (I am not even talking about the inflation). They also charge extras for free stuff that are clearly written right in front of our eyes that they should ”come at no extra cost”. When we dare pointing it out, they either act like you’re crazy and a nuisance and don’t even want to serve you anymore, or they switch to play the ‘I don’t speak any English nor French’ card followed by awkward silences (it’s always been impossible to get any service in French in any PP location anyway). I have seen the manager at work and it seems to be a scam culture that is deeply rooted there, as well as in the very higher spheres of the company. No one is actually ever being held accountable either. I just avoid them now."

"The food was mediocre and the portion sizes were large enough. I don’t like the containers they put the food in though. The woman scooping the food into the containers was polite but the cashier was rude: no smile, no greeting. I was the only customer too, so it’s not like the lack of courtesy can be blamed on them being busy and feeling overwhelmed. Even then, that level of rudeness is inexcusable. The cashier was also complaining about her coworker to the other lady, which is just unprofessional in front of customers. The prices are also EXPENSIVE. For a simple plate of pasta and a side of salad it came out to 20$!! I didn’t even order a drink. They don’t offer combos either; all menu items are basically à la carte. Then they have the audacity to throw in just two tiny rolls of bread. Seriously? Don’t know if I’d go back to be honest. There were also a lack of options to choose from. I noticed that they don’t replenish, especially for the pasta dishes.."
