"Lovely building and environment, your hopes are certainly raised when you arrive. Warm inviting interior too. But then the choice of food and drink is not just limited, what they do is also half baked. No flat white, so had a cappuccino. Nothing more than...standard machine coffee I'm afraid. Scones looked nice, but squirty cream only, unapologetically no clotted cream. So I thought I'd have a different cake, well there were no other proper cakes, just a variety of rice crispy bake things. All of this is a let down in an age when there are loads of other coffee shops giving real quality food and drink. They are your competitors, and they're the ones we will go back to. Feedback is a gift. You could do so much better."
