"We came to this place right when we arrived to Ios and we were not disappointed. The food is delicious. The owner is very friendly! Plenty of vegan options. We were here mostly for breakfast (even thought we had free breakfast at the hotel) but it was worth skipping it for a 2nd visit. Ate these amazing toasts, they use nice fresh bread. They cappuccinos are also very nice. They use homemade almond milk and we picked up some pitta hummus for the way back that were soooo good! My husband‘s favorite was the vegan bowl. The Thai food we missed out on trying. Not enough time in the island."

"I enjoyed dinner at Harmony. They had a nice selection of small plates in a clearly marked vegan section of the menu. I had an avocado and tomato bruschetta with vegan feta that was delicious and some falafel with a broccoli hummus dip. Very nice. Only con is don't go there on a windy evening like me as that could detract from the experience."

"the opposite, in which it is crowded with tourist places. this restaurant offers authentic and typical Greek cuisine and we struggled to find a restaurant with many options, as many restaurant has closed in the contrary. we had left falafel (very damp not dry filled vines (the best we had), huge bores in tomato sauce, flat bores in tomato sauce, filled tomatoes. the teller are massive, we could not try (spinash, ice plate salat, grilled vegetables, cooked vegetables, pasta risoni/orzo with tomato sauce. they also have a good selection of vegetarians (spinash and feta pie, flogeres."
