"This was an absolute treat. Lovely atmosphere and the food and coffee were so divine. I can't recommend this place enough. I was on my own nnut felt really comfortable. Vegetarian options: Thee are lots of vegan and vegetarian food options..it was excellent for me being a vegetarian from birth. Vegan Berry muffins were delicious, and the oatmilk latte is divine. Lots of alternative milk options. I am not a vegan, but I do prefer oat milk because its healthier."

"Really don 't know where to start?. The pictures they 've put on site are no where near what you get. On entry the hotel is dark dismal and smelly. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff though. Room was 4flights of stairs up (no lift). Room was beyond words. Smelt like someone had smoked 100 fags in It prior to our booking. It was so bad we had to go out and buy air fresheners. Beds were falling apart ripped stained and mattress was just protruding springs. Plugs were held on by black tape. TV was lent up a mirror. No plug in sink. Decor must have been done in early 1900 's. Absolutely appalling. Carpets were minging...case of wipe your feet on exit but then corridor carpets were as bad. Curtains were hanging off rails. Shared bathroom was a toilet and a shower...not the best but cleaner then rest of building. People were smoking wherever they wanted. Music in bar area went on till 1 am. The whole place needs demolishing and restarting. Breakfast is advertised as a continental .... cereals and toast is not continental! Owners may need to google the meaning. Tea and coffee must be the cheapest brands. Whilst having breakfast listened to the cleaner talk to another woman and I quote someones shit outside the doors ...... Yeh great whilst eating! It doesn 't matter how much you pay for a room, it 's has to be clean and presentable. Worse place we 've stopped in Georgina Tracey and I, and we 've stayed in quite a few. Couldn 't wait to leave TBf. Think if healthy and safety took a good long look at this place it would be closed down. It looks like the clientele stopping there are long term....make that out what you want.....managers obviously have no care respect or worry about customer satisfaction. My advice .... STAY CLEAR.... WORTH PAYING MORE AT ANOTHER PLACE. Not sure how these guys get away with advertising it 's a hotel....should be grotesque-Tel in all honesty. Don 't be fooled by the pics. Read the reviews .... you 've been warned"

"Today sat for lunch .to be honest, not in a long time. was greeted and shown to a table, the guy asked what we wanted to drink and then we waited. Then a young lady came and said sadly what they wanted. they want to drink!!!! we wanted a carvery so went to get our .es really looked nice the server on the carvery a young lady was very pleasant and I have about the size of the yorkshire pudding. another employee tested the temperature of the food that is good. I have to say that we both enjoyed eating that it was delicious and hot. Apart from the emptying that was dry and not nice .staff were pleasant and I saw a lot of cleaning of tables that is good my only little complaint is that we have a pudding but nobody came and honest after twenty minutes to be our food, we have changed our mind, but all the others were good."
