"As veggie I had only chips, but they were good chips and watching for the bits, or scrapes, they get a box full and it costs £3. although they are excellent, it is too many. other half had fishcake, they were obviously fantastic."

"Was only for a dinner here. gastfreundschaft and service worse than poor! everything was hurryed, no pleasant reception, workers inexperienced and unskilled. the staff constantly rushed back and forward, but the dining rooms were not even busy. to garnish at the starters consisted of a half small chirstyomatin, a fiber band red fase, a half disk thin gurke, a small piece salate and a half thin piece small orange and lemon. the place lacks a friendly staff, any kind of environment and no atmosphere for a relaxed evening meal."

"Hotel is fine, and the view is lovely if you’re in a room at the front, but the breakfast was average even at 0730 it had clearly been there for some time, as the bacon was hard and the hash browns were so hard they shattered on contact. London prices for drinks. Overall it is very comfortable, but the cost £145 B&B is simply not justified for what it is. Six of us stayed, 6 rooms, no group discount. Save your money and stay in the Brae Hotel round the corner."

"The Restaurant was excellent and the service from 'the boys ' outstanding. During my lengthy stay the Menu was varied and of very good quality. The let down was my bed, which was like sleeping on jelly, it literally moved and so led to sleepless nights."
