"This was simply the best dining experience we’ve had in the Barossa. From the small bits, fried pigs ears (I was convinced to try by my son) which were fabulous, to the kingfish crudo, to the scallops and the red seafood curry which were all fantastic and signed off by the piece de resistance, the passionfruit soufflé, OMG, it was delicious! It was a quiet Monday for the restaurant but we didn’t care! The Rockford wine was also a standout. A must do if in the area"

"We live at Munno Para and find the 30 minute trip pleasant, Wow we have done the trip 3 times in a month for the food which is delicious and two sizes available we get the small and struggle to get through them, well worth the cheap price and the pokies are well spaced out and extremely clean. Well done to the owner and the skinny man in dinning room/bar/pokies is polite and friendly. Well Done."

"Dropped in for a late Breakfast early lunch on Easter Tuesday and at the time it was quiet with only one table occupied by a couple. The staff member on duty was extremely friendly took our order and delivered our drinks and meals within a short period of time. The couple who had arrived there before us warned us about the size of the meals so we ordered one big breakfast to share. The breakfast was tasty, well cooked, and in reality would have fed three people. We saw other meals come out, to other groups who arrived after us, and those meals were also massive. I'd suggest you check out the size of the meals and consider sharing, unless you're a big eater of course. The view from the outside seating area over the gardens and vineyard was good and relaxing, and I have no hesitation in recommending this place for a meal. I'll be back."

The staff apologised (spontaneously) and offered a free beverage, which was very kind and greatly appreciated. If the...service was a little quicker would definitely have given a higher rating."
