"So, I stopped in to the Taco Co in Redmond today. I went with my classic choice, carnitas, but the guys inside suggested I diversify a bit. I thought, what could a little chicken mole hurt? And the guys suggested I get a brisket too. I 'm gonna say it: greatest tacos ever. Super good meats with lots of flavor in the sauces and toppings. Like crazy good. Maybe it was a delusion caused by two weeks in the woods, but maybe they were just that good. The guys had a great and personable attitude and we had a chance to swap a few travel stories. Awesome set up. If you 're around Redmond, stop and get them eats."

"The carnesada mini tacos were as usual amazing here, but the horchata is too powdery. It leaves a nabeba bubble to taste that is not very pleasant. If you want a burrito, it is not work for bubble gum water to pay with it. Just go to Taco salsa, because this place is not authentic, I had half a Mexican friend from America who could make it better than that. Go to more local places so that this doesn't happen again, please."

"This was okay Mexican food. We got burritos that were in a very soupy sauce. The filling and sauce were fair but not too exciting or flavorful.
