"I would probably rate it 5 stars, but we had a little hiccup with the table. We walked in at 10pm and sat down next to the pool. We ordered a bottle of vodka for €150 and they charged us €50 extra for the actual table, which is a bit ridiculous for someone who is already spending this much money with them. Anyway, the music was great, various stages , so if you fancy a change in the beat, you can move along and do just that. Would be coming back when I 'm in Alicante again."

"My favourite restaurant in Alicante! The staff are wonderful and friendly, they spend the time to get to know you and made an effort to explain the menu to us. Rafa and Peter were great assets to La Casona Alicantina and between them and your diverse menu we kept coming back. Their paella and other fish dishes are to die for!"
