"The evening I spent on new-years eve at 'Ristorante Chillico ' in Noto Via Salvatore la Rosa 18, Noto is among the best experiences I had in Sicily.The hospitality, quality of the food and setting in the middle of the amazing town of Noto made for an unforgettable evening. The young owner, Francesco, is very friendly. Despite the fact the restaurant was already fully booked on the eve of the 31st December 'Capodanno ' by local families, Francesco pulled out an extra table and let us enjoy the rest of the evening of a typical 'capodanno alla siciliana '. The food was extra-ordinary: all fresh ingredients and with a local touch. Prices are absolutely reasonable, I would say even cheap if compared to the quality offered. I fully recommend this place to anyone passing by Noto: Francesco and his team will not disappoint you."
