"My friend and I went there on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered drinks and two entrees. The drinks arrived about 20 minutes later. The entrees another 10 minutes. I was impressed by the food and the presentation but the waiting is unacceptable. I must say that the manager came by twice to see if everything was OK and we reported the delay. He did apologize that there was only one cook available. There was a larger party on the terrace below us and I noted that their plates arrived 5-10 minutes apart too. Another downer was that there were no paper towels in the men's room. There was a roll sitting on the sink in the women's room but the dispensers were empty. My friend said she would never come back. I might give them another chance if they want to risk another review."

"I live in oaxaca full time and am grateful that we are blessed with amazing options for eating and drinks. that said: luvina is not one of those places. our goal was to drink at tierra blanca tonight. when they were closed, we ended. in luvina – that was completely empty, and we soon found out why. service was negligent, eating was open only sad (I could make a better sandwich home). they offered to exchange our returned sandwich, but after feedback from everyone about their own bad food quality they experienced, we decided that our money would be better invested in cheap tacos near home. my reviews were always positiw, as they can see from my previous reviews, and I myself worked in the hospitality. this is easy to tell the readers that their money could be spent better elsewhere."
