"We found this hidden gem of a morning after the campsite in the monongahela national forest. of what I understand is the gas house and the caffe has been under new ownership since the last few years. Not sure how it was before, but the current staff was very friendly and seem to run properly. her breakfast was amazing. my son enjoyed the bright morning platter while I chose her cookies and gravy. his blueberry pancakes were huge and fluffy. bacon and eggs were fixed to his cheerfulness. the portion size of the cookies and gravy was enormous. this happened as one of the best cookies and Gravy dishes I've ever had, and that says a lot of someone who grew up in appalachia. they can really say that they use the best ingredients and a lot of attention to the detail in preparation. make sure to order a cup of coffee. they served on this morning an Ethiopian mixture of counter culture coffee. I probably had four refills. if they are in the opposite and looking for somewhere to the breakfast, this is the place. it may seem a bit expensive for some, but trust me when I say it is good worth it!"
