На Филадельфии толщина слоя рыбы, меньше миллиметра и сама рыба сомнительного качества, структура рассыпается при малейшем касании. Рис с курицей абсолютно не соответствует заявленному на картинке. Плюс ко всему ужасно много масла. По совокупности всех факторов далеко не самое интересное место для заказа еды в Подольске. Люди, не тратьте ваше время и деньги, нормального качества готовых блюд вы не получите!!!"

"Delivery is exactly one hour. Forgot to put the sticks in the order, I had to eat at home with forks. They ordered a set of Phil Boom. On a solid C grade: salmon caused some doubts, are not sure that it is salmon. If salmon, its quality is very, very mediocre. The rice rolls are decent, there is enough cheese, but this is definitely not Philadelphia. The fish is small, very thin. Set your money is not worth it. Ordered on trial. Hardly order again. Доставка ровно за час. Забыли положить палочки в заказ, пришлось есть дома вилками. Заказывали сет Фила Бум. На твердую троечку: лосось вызвал некоторые сомнения, не уверены, что это лосось. Если и лосось, то качество его весьма и весьма посредственное. Рис в роллах достойный, сыра достаточно, но это точно не Филадельфия. Рыбки мало очень тоненькая. Своих денег сет не стоит. Заказывали на пробу. Врядли закажем снова."

"Just terrible service. Ordered pizza at 00:40. They promised delivery within 1 hour, “we will try faster” which we certainly did not count on . We live nearby!!! After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I called the operator to clarify how long our order would be. The first few calls, they did not answer me called different numbers, several times . I called later and they hung up a few times. With such a negligent attitude towards customers, the desire to eat and wait was gone! Can't get through to cancel order! At 20:40 the courier called with the question of specifying the address, although everything was indicated when ordering . Since I could not get through to the operator, I canceled the order from the courier. I have never seen such a delay anywhere, and even if there were for 10-20 minutes , they always called back and warned. In general, nothing good! Original Просто ужасный сервис. Заказали пиццу в 00:40. Обещали доставка в течении 1 часа, «постараемся быстрее» на что мы конечно же не рассчитывали . Живем рядом!!! Спустя 1 час и 15 минут, звонила оператору с уточнением через сколько будет наш заказ. Первые несколько звонков, с меня не отвечали звонила на разные номера, несколько раз . Звонила позже, несколько раз меня скидывали. С таким халатным отношением к клиентам, пропало желание есть, да и ждать! Дозвониться для отмены заказа, также не смогла! В 20:40 позвонил курьер с вопросом уточнения адреса, хотя при заказе всё было указано . Так как до оператора дозвониться я не смогла, отменила заказ у курьера. Нигде ни разу не встречала такой задержи, а даже если были на 10-20 мин , всегда перезванивали и предупреждали. В общем, ничего хорошего!"
