"Delivery drivers beware. I have to unfortunately say that when the staff know you are in to wait and collect food and drinks in the designated area for companies like Doordash, the staff will make it their mission to actively not make eye-contact, ask what your order is or acknowledge your existence. I used to be a customer of Dunkin but I'm going to be buying coffee elsewhere now and avoiding any deliveries with this company -which is a shame because the customers ordering are usually lovely and have no idea how the Dunkin staff appear to look down on delivery drivers. I had to unassign my order recently because the staff just wouldn't acknowledge me whatsoever, sad and disappointing. I hope this at least makes other delivery workers aware that they are in for long waits and most likely won't be acknowledged."

"Consistently slow! long drive thru lines and they never move. I decided to go in this morning and I waited 15 minutes, no one even realized that there are customers in the front register. Customers waiting for orders said they have been there for more than 30 minutes from the time they have ordered! this location is closest to me on the north side of the city and this lack of customer service and almost food has been slow for about 3 years!"

"I came here for breakfast with my wife and her daughter although I'm not a regular pancake person. Everything was fine until the food was brought. I ordered a omelette but did have the side of 2 pancakes since we are at the International House of PANCAKES. The server brought us a small pot which I thought was syrup. I didn't see anything on our table so assuming it was syrup and therefore put it on my pancakes. Wrong. It was coffee. I mentioned it to my server who thought it was funny but ok. I can laugh about it too but remembering IHOP. Had different flavor of syrups at the table. This had NONE. I guess things change. She brought another round of water but there was food residue on my glass so I passed. I hope this isn't the norm but I'm a person who tries to be open minded and therefore offer a second chance. Just might not be so soon"
