"We called in after completely misjudging the walk up from the ferry. We were served by a wonderfully cheerful and helpful member of staff. We ordered 3 cream teas that were excellent (a huge pot of clotted cream between us) and she happy to swap...the hot drink from one for a milkshake for our 10 year old son. Would recommend to all."

"I was here on a yoga retreat. the hotel was beautiful and has a great yoga studio with magnificent views, but it was eaten by that which was quite stony and felt a bit old-fashioned. this was a few years ago (2018) so maybe it has improved!"

"Called to take fish, chips and mushy peas back to the accommodation for our evening meal. Chips were dry and lovely and the fish was so good, obviously fresh. Lovely couple running the place and really friendly. Thank you. We will return."
