"We met Stefano and his wife Gabbi in an evening at a local bar and met a conversation. When learning that Stefano ran an Italian restaurant, I said that I fought with the local Italian restaurants, because everything she served was pizza and pasta and, as I need gluten-free food, I couldn't eat in them. Stefano was quick to offer to cook me a gluten-free meal, told me that he could remember a few days to buy gluten-free pasta, or if I prefer to order a risotto if this was not on the menu, but since all foods are freshly cooked there, it was no problem to make me what I wanted. We accepted his offer and agreed to come to a meal a few days later. The restaurant was busy when we arrived, but Stefano reserved a beautiful window table for us. The food was wonderful to start Mozzarella Caprese, followed by a delicious seafood risotto, boiled for perfection, all accompanied by a very beautiful bottle of Merlot. Stefano and his staff are extremely friendly and provide attentive and professional service. The restaurant itself is cozy and welcoming for a casual dinner or a more romantic opportunity. It was worth our second visit a few days later and we will return on our next trip to Tyrol"

"Die Brasserie ist ein absolutes Juwel und ein Geheimtipp in Kirchberg. Klein aber fein! Wir haben uns von Anfang an in diesem gemütlichen Restaurant sehr wohl gefühlt und wie daheim. Hausgemachte Dips und das Amouse Geul bereiteten den ersten Geschmacksorgasmus und diesen Höhepunkt hielt der Junge Koch Max bis zum Ende seines Menüs. Uns als Vegetarier überraschte er uns sogar noch mit einer veganen Lasagne Deluxe! Hausgemachter geräucherter Tofu und Ratatouille mit Gemüse wie aus dem heimischen Garten es war ein Gedicht. Die Weine waren so perfekt auf das Menü abgestimmt besser geht einfach nicht! Wir danken Peter und seinem Team für diesen unglaublich tollen unvergesslichen Abend! Wir kommen wieder...."
