"First time here! Don't live in San Saba, but it's halfway between me and my parents. What a surprise to find this gem in small town America. Atmosphere is warm and inviting, service is with a smile and the food is outstanding. Waitress told us they grind their own steak for the chopped steak. And man oh man was it deliciously tender. Price per person is approx $20, a value in my opinion. Will definitely be stopping here on our way through from now on!"
