"They allowed us to check very early in the morning. the personal was super helpful. it is just a few blocks away from the main street and the place was quiet, clean, had parking in the spaces and had ac. the shower had hot water, although the weather is very hot around izabal, overall is great, affordable, and I would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is clean and the staff are reasonably friendly that is about the only good thing I can say about this hotel. The beds are small and uncomfortable and they do not have hot water.. The Wifi is miserable and is not good enough to even use in the room in fact it is so poor that we had to go out onto the patio for it to even work. The patio is sweltering hot and the air conditioning could barely keep the room cool. I asked for help with the Wi-Fi and the owner told me she would take care of it but did nothing. Overall I was completely disappointed with my stay.I could and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Try somewhere else you'll be disappointed here."

"Es orrible, tétrico y da miedo. No lo recomiendo pero si tienes necesidad, poco dinero, un gusto realmente orrible y poca preocupación por tu salud, allí estará esperándote el hotel si viajas a Puerto Barrios."
