"Erawan Thai eatery provided a curt takeaway service which whilst adequate in its flavours and ingredients failed to understand the concept of correctly packaging certain food items for transport. Whilst given a warning about the fragility of the packaging, I was not prepared for my Coconut and Prawn Tom Yum to collapse completely onto the street as soon as placed upon the ground for a momentary pause in eating. Admittedly, this is a subjective mishap, but purveyors ought to be far more cognisant of appropriate packaging for sensitive food items, especially when even a singular soup taken away can cost in excess of £8."

"Went here after reading the good reviews. The shared starter plate was great but the Pad Thai was quite stodgy with very limited chicken. I appreciate we are in strange times and the importance of protecting staff from infection but there is a way to do this. The way not to do it; make your customers feel as though they are riddled with leprosy. We felt incredibly uncomfortable with the waiter and expected us to clear the tables as he did not want to be anywhere near us. He expected us to pass our plates to the next table so he could take the plates away. We are use to the new procedures but this was a bit much."
